Day 23 - 25 Rolling, rolling, rolling 🚴🏼♀️🌈💚😍
Day 23, 59 Miles, Steamboat Springs
I absolutely loved Brush Mountain Lodge and didn’t want to leave!!!
Such a relaxed place. 😍
Today I had some company, Kirra caught up with me (as everyone does lol 🤣🤣🤣) and we spent some time riding before heading separate ways. I love to chat to people, i just find people and there lives fascinating, fun times.
Andrew also caught up to me on the pass, he’s touring, he should of been way ahead but had done 22 miles of detour, whoops!!! I know how frustrating that this!!
I had my first TD fame this evening when I went to eat, David and Cindy, introduced themselves as the de dot watchers and following me, how cool is that!!!! 🤩
Day 24, 60 Miles, Radium Campsite
Andrew choose to ride with me today which was really nice, he knows the area and so shared his knowledge.
I am a happy solo rider but I like the opportunity to ride with others and have a giggle. 😃
Awesome lunch spot!
Fun times crossing the river, also entertaining watching Phil and Sam cross as they’d caught up!!
Today was tough going, I wasn‘t right, my tummy wasn’t upset and I felt really weak, but......still achieved 60 miles which today I was super happy with!! Found a fab campsite and enjoyed green tea before bed as Andrew had a jet boil!
Day 25, 76 Miles, Campsite after Silverthorne
Last day riding with Andrew as he’s off home tomorrow, I think It’s great he’s done his journey his way, I’d love to to a ride to home, maybe not from here though!
It was luxury, I was woken to a hot cup of coffee!! Then as Andrew is a much faster rider, he’d ride the hills of hike and then wait. One time I arrived to hot soup!!!
It may not look appealing but was a right treat. 😀
It was a late ride into the night to find a camp spot, one of my faves just because I got to go to sleep to the noise of frogs! 🐸
My answer.......whilst doing crazy stuff 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Videos will go up as I get chance....
I love to blog etc but it comes out of previous sleep time 🤭😴😴😴😴
